About Reflection Ministries
The purpose
of Reflection Ministries* is to share the love of God with those who have been
touched by cancer. It is an outreach of hope and encouragement, particularly to
prostate cancer patients and their families. This ministry began early in 1998,
while
Bill
was undergoing treatment for prostate cancer at the Radiotherapy Clinics of
Georgia (RCOG,
www.RCOG.com).
Men with prostate cancer come from around the world for this unique treatment,
and live in this area for approximately ten weeks.
Bill
Bill grew up in Miami, FL. He is a graduate of Belhaven College in Jackson, MS,
and Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, GA. He has served as a pastor in
Fort Lauderdale and Baton Rouge and as interim pastor of churches in the Atlanta
area.
Margaret
Margaret grew
up in Alexandria, LA, and met Bill at Belhaven College. One of her passions is
music, which has led her to direct children, youth, and adult choirs for over 30
years.
They have
three children and nine grand-children.
They are both
gifted speakers, and are available separately or as a team. Churches, civic
groups and special interest groups enjoy their humor and inspiration as they
share the experiences of hosting thousands in their home, and as they encourage
audiences to “let their light shine.”
Links to our children's business web sites. We hope they may be of some
help.
